The command line plugin uses the 3D+T meshes calculated from cardiac fitting or deformation to calculate the principal miocardial parameters.

The result is a set of 3 dataSets that can be shown in gimias using the signal viewer and can be saved in a csv format.


    • Input Mesh: 3D+T input mesh.
