Usage

The command line plugin uses a vtk mesh calculated from an image segmentation to calculate the principal characteristics of the carotid siphon. The result is a vtk mesh with of the carotid siphon with the coloured strength torsion and a xml file with the values listed than can be viewed using the data information button.
